I want to create a platform where people can train their brains and mental health the same way they train their physical health at the gym. This service will offer programs that go beyond traditional fitness approaches—rather than focusing on body aesthetics or numbers on a scale, it will provide tools to help individuals understand and navigate their current mental states.

I’ve grown tired of today’s expectations around what it means to be “healthy.” So much of our culture has tied health to appearance—debates over steroid use to achieve unrealistic physiques, the growing issue of eating disorders among teenagers, and the constant comparison driven by social media. All of this has distorted the meaning of true health. Why do we train our bodies? Is it only to be validated by how we look, either by ourselves or others?

I believe that physical health and mental health are deeply connected. Even though the topic of mental health is often overused or misunderstood online, caring for our mental well-being is just as important as caring for our physical body. I want to help redefine the purpose of training—not as a way to meet external expectations, but as a way to build strength from within. By intentionally training both our body and mind, we can improve our sleep, eating habits, and mood regulation, strengthen our capacity for self-growth, and cultivate real, no-bullshit confidence and self-love.
